Following an extension to North Coast Church we had a requirement to upgrade and expand our car park. Situated in a former flood plain we needed to comply with stringent planning constraints without going over our limited budget and tight timescale.

A friend recommended Cretepave to us so we asked them to tender for the work along with 4 other companies. It soon became clear that their approach was different. They carried out exploratory work and liaised directly with the architect and local planners to agree the specification before providing a full quote.  It just as well they did as some of the specifications had to change, knowing this before work started ultimately saved us time and money.
Cretepave’s quote was the most comprehensive and competitive so we awarded them the contract.

Work started on time. It was important to us that our neighbors were kept informed throughout this potentially disruptive process. Cretepave wrote to all our neighbors providing them with details of the work and giving their contact details for anyone who had questions or concerns. They continued to liaise with local planners and kept us informed regularly during the project.  Work finished ahead of schedule and we were not only presented with a fantastic car park but the whole site had been left clean and tidy.
